Our team consists of people from varied academic and professional backgrounds.

One of the co-founders of the company has over seven years of experience in business development, market research, branding, customer relationship management, training and recruitment. Prior to this she has been part of the teams in Wipro, Frost & Suillivan, Infotech Enterprises. She is a engineering graduate from JNTU university and also pursuing Executive General Management Programme from India Institute of Management, Bangalore.

One of the co-founders of ADI has five years of experience in designing training material, training in personality development, career development, professional communication, program enrichment design and career planning for educational institutions etc. Prior to this she has worked in the Profirus(USA) and MST(USA). She has a Masters degree from University Of Missouri Rolla, USA in information Science and Communication.
